About the company
Our client is a national buyer's agency helping Australians build long-term wealth through strategic property investing. Operating on a fee-for-service model, they provide end-to-end advisory and acquisition services.
About the Role
All clients are provided and pre-approved. You will work in a pod with a focus on sourcing suitable investment opportunities, building relationships with real estate agents, and assisting in delivering strong outcomes for clients.
You'll identify on and off-market opportunities through agent outreach, market research and property shortlisting.
This is a flexible role with autonomy to structure your own day, not your typical 9–5.
Key Responsibilities
* Research suburbs, comparable sales and market trends
* Review property videos and provide feedback
* Prepare property shortlists and summary reports
* Report on pipeline activity and sourcing progress
* Assist with due diligence, contract review and property research
* Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
* No property inspections required, these are outsourced
About you
* Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency required
* Confident and proactive on the phone, with the ability to build rapport quickly with real estate agents
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Ability to manage multiple property briefs and deadlines simultaneously
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Experience in property, real estate sales, buyer's agency, or a related field is highly regarded
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated & autonomous
What's on offer
* No prospecting required! All clients are provided fully qualified and financially pre-approved
* No property inspections required
* $250-$300K OTE including a base salary for Buyers Agent role
* $90K-$100K OTE including base salary for the Buyers Associate
* Work remotely and choose your own hours
