The Role
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering high‐quality electrical services across service calls, minor works, and structured projects. Reporting to the General Manager for SA & NT, you will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Operations: Execute installation, testing, and commissioning to AS/NZS 3000 standards and complete all necessary compliance documentation.
* Project Execution: Interpret drawings and specifications to complete jobs and inspections per company procedures.
* Leadership: Provide guidance to apprentices and trade assistants, modelling safe and efficient work practices.
* Safety & Risk: Participate in risk assessments (JHAs/SWMS) and report hazards or near‐misses promptly.
* Financial Mindset: Support accurate job costing, manage material budgets, and minimise waste/rework.
What You Bring Mandatory Requirements
* Relevant Trade Qualification (e.g., Cert 3 Electrotechnology).
* Current Electrical Workers Licence.
* White Card (General Construction Induction Training).
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Evidence of the right to work in Australia.
Skills & Experience
* Proficiency in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in commercial and industrial settings.
* Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and workplace safety regulations.
* Experience executing works under permits (e.g., confined spaces, working at heights).
* Solid judgement, problem‐solving skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
* General computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SharePoint 365).
