The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our venue. This encompasses supporting the Publican, leading a team of hospitality professionals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
A Day in the Life
* Develop strong relationships with regular customers to create an inviting atmosphere
* Work closely with the Publican to ensure the venue is running safely, efficiently, and with a great vibe
* Assist in managing a team of hospitality staff, including training and coaching as needed
* Handle any issues that may arise during service to prevent them from becoming major problems
* Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all guests have an exceptional experience
About You
* You have previous experience in a hospitality or management role, preferably in a similar environment
* You have developed strong leadership skills and can motivate and inspire your team
* You are confident, prideful, and possess excellent communication skills
* You hold current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications as required by state regulations
