experienced Front of House Administration Officer

Key Requirements:
* Minimum
two years' experience
working in a
primary healthcare environment
* Proficiency in Best Practice software
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and welcoming manner
* Managing appointment bookings, patient records, and referrals
* Processing billing, Medicare claims, and payments
* Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
* Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
