Requirements
* Provide genuine customer service experiences to our customers.
* Be results‐oriented and enthusiastic about selling.

* Pay careful attention to detail; assist with stock replenishment and merchandising to keep displays refreshed.
* Be available across the store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, public holidays, and Boxing Day 2024.
* Complete a National Police Criminal History Check from the relevant State and/or Territory.
Responsibilities
* Offer professional and personalised service, helping customers find the ideal jewellery or watch that meets their wants and desires during the busiest time of the year.
* Complete in‐house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
* Carry out operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

Contract Details
Christmas Casual fixed‐term contracts will terminate on or before 19th January 2025, but may become permanent based on performance and position availability.
