Lifestyle Bakery is a long-established and market-leading company, creating and providing a unique selection of high-quality gluten-free bread and other baked goods located in Pooraka, SA. We currently require several dedicated and motivated Factory Process Workers to join our friendly team of professionals.
Overview
Full-time and casual positions are available for those with full availability to participate in our morning shift roster (6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday-Friday).
Responsibilities
Operate machines in the baking and packing areas.
Carry out quality assurance of all products.
Maintain general factory cleaning and sanitation processes.
Adhere to documented procedures and food safety and quality standards.
Complete hourly/daily KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Follow company policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Some food processing experience.
Experience working to documented procedures and strictly adhering to product quality standards.
Strong eye for detail.
Ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision.
Capability to perform physical work.
Own reliable transport.
Own steel-capped safety boots.
Strong attitude to hygiene and personal presentation.
Good work history.
Physical fitness, reliability, and punctuality.
Possess a motive and flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
Driver's licence (included with reliable transport).
