Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia with an estimated 10+ year mine life forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces in FY26.
The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30 km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district.
This position is responsible for the regular, timely and accurate running of payroll duties.
The role will support the business in managing payroll to a high standard, building and strengthening business relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Payroll responsibilities include:
Ensuring wages, salaries and allowances are accurately calculated by an external payroll agency.
Ensuring leave records are appropriately recorded by the external payroll agency.
Preparing and lodging payroll tax.
Resolving employee queries and acting as the primary point of contact for the HR department.
Preparing monthly payroll journals and maintaining payroll costing data.
Ad Hoc duties as required.
Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
Mining experience.
Intermediate MS Office skills, specifically Excel (formulas, vlookups, graphs etc).
