Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to drive the development of our Learning & Development Framework, working closely with executive leaders to identify workforce gaps and build capability pathways.
You will be responsible for coordinating training needs analysis and individual learning plans for every staff member, managing and optimising our ELMO Learning Management System, and designing and delivering onboarding, induction and cultural orientation programs.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Driving the launch and ongoing implementation of new Learning & Development Framework
* Working with executive leaders to identify workforce gaps and build capability pathways
* Coordinating training needs analysis and individual learning plans for every staff member
* Managing and optimising our ELMO Learning Management System
* Designing and delivering onboarding, induction and cultural orientation programs
* Overseeing clinical credentialing and competency programs
* Using data and feedback to evaluate, report, and continuously improve L&D outcomes
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can champion a positive, collaborative, reflective learning culture across all teams.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and theories
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in using ELMO Learning Management System
