* To build relationships with retail sales people in various department stores within a designated territory, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring effective communication.
* Maintain and adhere to high-quality retail merchandising standards across all major department stores within the assigned territory, guaranteeing an engaging and cohesive brand presence.
* Ensure that fixtures are clean, well-maintained, and adequately stocked at all times, supporting a seamless shopping experience for customers.
* Support new product launches by collaborating with cross-functional teams to effectively execute promotional strategies and drive sales.
* Audit stock levels regularly to prevent overstocking or understocking, while ensuring display compliance with company guidelines.
* Utilize the StoreTrack App to capture high-quality images of products and report on stock levels and display compliance, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A passionate and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in technology, although prior experience is not necessary.
* Proficiency in customer service and/or retail environments is highly desirable but not mandatory.
* A reliable vehicle and current Australian driver's license are essential requirements for this role.
