Refactor. are working with a large purpose-driven organisation in the community and disability services sector to appoint a Senior Manager – Strategic Partnerships.
This role sits at the intersection of strategic fundraising, corporate partnerships and business development, with a clear mandate to grow and diversify contributed revenue to support services delivered across Western Australia and Tasmania.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to secure high-value corporate partnerships and philanthropic funding, ensuring sustainable financial growth while supporting meaningful community outcomes.
The mandate
This role is focused on building long‐term revenue through strategic partnerships.
You will identify and secure opportunities across corporates, trusts, foundations and philanthropic grant‐makers, developing funding relationships that support the organisation's long‐term strategic objectives.
The focus is on sustainable partnerships that deliver measurable impact and mutual value.

What you'll do
* Develop and execute a strategic fundraising and business development plan
* Secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships and philanthropic funding
* Lead negotiations and partnership agreements
* Develop compelling funding proposals, business cases and presentations
* Work with internal teams to align partnerships with program priorities and service delivery needs
* Monitor and report on pipeline performance, revenue outcomes and partnership ROI
* Prepare funding acquittals, compliance reports and impact updates
* Track CSR, ESG and philanthropic trends to identify new partnership opportunities
What you'll bring
* 5+ years experience in business development, strategic partnerships or fundraising
* Proven success securing corporate partnerships, sponsorships or philanthropic funding
* Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills
* Excellent relationship building, negotiation and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Experience preparing proposals, funding submissions and impact reports
* Confidence engaging senior corporate and philanthropic stakeholders
Nice to have:
* Experience in not‐for‐profit, disability, health or community services sectors
* Understanding of CSR and philanthropic funding landscape in Australia
* Familiarity with CRM or fundraising pipeline management tools
