About the Role
We are seeking a driven and analytical Retail Account Manager to join our team in the Perth Metro Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing our retail strategy for key main store accounts, including annual sales targets, product placement, marketing and promotional programs.
Key responsibilities will include managing and cultivating existing relationships to leverage growth opportunities, ensuring increased product market share and proactive support for all our key accounts. You will also have the ability to identify key insights and provide new and innovative solutions that stand out from competitors.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A proven track record of increasing sales and margins with key accounts
* The ability to translate strategic priorities into aligned plans driving great results for all involved
* Strong negotiating skills with the ability to influence internally and externally at all levels
* Ability to communicate intent clearly, receiving and giving constructive feedback to provide the best solutions for customers
* Ability to present, facilitate and lead training sessions with retail teams
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to work autonomously
* Heightened level of business acumen
* Strong passion/interest/desirefor premium home appliances
