Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the development and implementation of agency-wide procurement plans, policies, processes, and templates
* Providing expert advice to internal and external stakeholders on procurement-related matters
* Managing individual and team performance, with a focus on developing a sustainable and capable workforce
* Preparing high-level policy papers, submissions, briefs, and reports on complex procurement and contracts-related issues and initiatives
* Maintaining currency of knowledge of contemporary procurement strategies, policies, and practices
