About the role
We have an opportunity for a Manager, Payroll Operations to be part of our Payroll Operations, Shared Services, Finance & Business Services team. The Manager, Payroll Operations e provides direction, supervision and support to the team in the processing of employee related data, salary, benefits and entitlements including the quality assurance of the payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments to all employees. The role also drives the continuous improvement of payroll related transactions to meet business requirements, service level agreements, legislative reform and industry best practice.
This role provides leadership and direction to the Payroll Operations and Governance teams supporting the team leaders through business as usual processing and payroll related projects. This role is located on a newly renovated floor, just a short distance from Parramatta train station and bus/tram stops.
