Job Title: Chief People Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief People Officer to lead our organization's human resources functions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our company culture, improve employee engagement, and drive business results.
You will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs that support our business objectives. This includes managing budgets, forecasting, and overseeing large-scale programs. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to drive and complete complex projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in a combination of product/program management, HR operations, HRIS strategy, people strategy, employee experience, and/or future of work leadership roles. Proven people leadership skills, managing multiple teams, and demonstrated track record of encouraging a positive team environment that attracts and retains high-caliber talent are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Operational leadership, including budget management, forecasting, and oversight of large-scale programs
* Experience in remote work strategies, workplace experience, and digital collaboration in a highly distributed environment
* Strong proficiency and understanding of AI and automation in the workplace, with a track record of driving impactful digital transformations
* Executive presence and influence, skilled in leading cross-functional teams, engaging with C-level collaborators, and serving as an internal and public spokesperson
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $252,500 - $290,000, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will be located in NYC or EST, and will be eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
