Being a part of the RAC Roadside Operations team is about building and maintaining strong relationships with our contracted business partners to ensure the delivery of quality, timely and safe services to our members.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Senior Manager Roadside Delivery and working in a fast-paced team environment, the role encompasses an array of responsibilities within the contractor management space, including:
* Strong relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders
* Management of service delivery models
* Ensuring contract compliance
* Delivery against contractual requirements and KPI`s
* Dispute resolution
* Oversight of operational matters
* Risk management
What are we looking for in you?

* A strong understanding of operations within a contractor model
* Proven interpersonal relations, demonstrated in liaising and building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
* Demonstrated evidence of being a team player in a fast paced, dynamic, multi tasked environment
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally including a high level of attention to detail
* The ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
* Flexibility to travel to various sites when required
* Previous experience in a contractor/operations management environment will be highly regarded
* Current WA driving licence is essential
* Demonstrated ownership and accountability
* Practical experience in Microsoft Office and general system applications
* Diploma of business (or equivalent) is desirable
* Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety is desirable
