Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist
About the Role
This is a key technical position within our Operations Department. You will join a leading IT solution provider that genuinely cares and values its people.
The role is full-time – Canberra-based. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting C4 products within customer environments.
You will work closely with our Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, and expertise in software development technologies, such as Java, C#, JavaScript.
A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and platforms, including Windows, Linux, Android-based operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems, and XMPP chat, is highly valued.
If you have experience with administrating and operating military command information systems, tactical radio devices, and radio networks, it is desirable.
To work within our Defence business unit, you must hold (or be able to obtain) and maintain a Defence NV1 security clearance.
