Job Title:
Construction Support Coordinator
About the Role:
This is a key role in our construction support team. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to project managers and site teams, ensuring all documentation, procurement, and compliance processes are completed accurately and on time.
* Assist project managers with day-to-day project coordination and documentation
* Prepare and manage variations, ITPs, and compliance documents
* Control and file project documentation including warranties and handover records
* Attend site meetings and maintain detailed records and site folders
* Prepare quote requests, purchase orders, and material orders
* Coordinate truck deliveries and access equipment documentation
* Manage onboarding, inductions, and training/ticket records for site staff
* Maintain job calendars, tools registers, and updated site plans
* Support tendering, CRM data entry, and quote follow-ups

Requirements:
