The day to day
Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community with a focus on Hospital Substitution programs, Restorative Care, and Home Care Package clients for great caseload diversity.
- Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs
- Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes
- Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor
- Be part of a warm and friendly team that focuses on connection and individual career progression

Qualifications
- Preferred : Community or hospital OT experience
- Qualifications : Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
- Requirement : Valid driver’s licence, insured vehicle
