Part-Time Educator Position
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Educator to join our team in a part-time capacity, requiring availability Monday to Friday. As an essential member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.
Our Approach
We deliver the play-based Lifelong Learning Curriculum, which fosters confidence, social skills, foundational learning, and wellbeing in children from birth to age five. Our centre provides personalised care for babies and toddlers, along with a comprehensive school readiness program for older children.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain a safe and engaging environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
* Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Lifelong Learning Curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements
* Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification.
* Have a current Working with Children's Check.
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
