About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and proactive manager who enjoys a challenge, loves a dynamic working environment, and enjoys working with people. The job involves:
* Management of day-to-day community operations.
* Providing a high level of customer service to the community, engaging residents through events, entertainment, and social gatherings.
* Working in conjunction with Ingenia marketing teams to maintain high occupancy in the Village.
* Coordinating the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building, and financial resources within the community.
* Ensuring grounds and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience in real estate, hospitality management, or aged care.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* A kind, caring, and dynamic nature.
* A demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working to operational requirements.
