Role Overview
The Mobilisation Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of site mobilisation and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site Mobilisation: Coordinating the onboarding and mobilisation of site teams to various worksites, adhering to strict timelines and ensuring efficiency.
* Operational Requirements: Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the specific operational requirements of each worksite.
* Communication: Facilitating seamless communication between work sites and staff through phone, text messages, and email correspondence.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar mobilisation or administration role.
* Proficiency in using ERMS and INX systems (highly advantageous).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A strong understanding of customer service principles, ensuring satisfaction for clients and team members alike.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* A proactive personality and the ability effectively manage multiple projects.
* Excellent people management skills are a must.
