As the Banking Community Leader, you’ll empower a dynamic team of Customer Advisors to embody NAB’s values and make a genuine impact on a beautiful community. You will build strong relationships with customers and business owners, partner with local businesses to meet their banking needs, and be an advocate in community initiatives to increase awareness of NAB’s products and services.

In this role, you will
* Drive the overall performance of your branch through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction of a highly engaged team.
* Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities
* Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience to our customers and partners; ensuring your team understands the importance of seizing every opportunity to build customer advocacy
* Ensure that the standards, procedures, and systems set out by NAB remain in place across the branch
* Manage performance and strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience in management, with the ability to inspire and influence others
* A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and a commitment to quality, with the drive to go the extra mile
* An ability to work collaboratively as a team, along with resilience, self-motivation, and energy to create our signature customer experience
* A keen eye for detail to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and accurately
* An appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers
