Overview
An Estates Building Supervisor is required for a small dedicated management team, working closely with the Estates Managers and Estates Officers within the Estates Department based at Stirling Health and Care Village. The post holder reports to the Estates Building Manager and will act as Team Leader.
Responsibilities
* Co‐ordinate a multi‐skilled team of craftsmen, including Joiners, Plasterers, Painters and Grounds Craftsmen.
* Ensure all maintenance work is completed to approved statutory standards.
* Manage day‐to‐day operations and allocate work effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Provide guidance and support to team members and foster a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Willingness and ability to travel throughout the area of service delivery.
* Eligibility to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
* Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in coordinating craft teams.
* Knowledge of statutory maintenance standards and health and safety regulations.
Working Hours
As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full‐time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‐time hours will be reduced proportionally, with a corresponding increase in the hourly rate to maintain total pay.
