About the Venue
Mosaic hotel is a modern venue located in a great location adjacent to Westfield at West Lakes. We offer:
A 150-seat bistro with a vibrant, light-filled deck and sports bar
A diverse menu focusing on quality food
A modern gaming room with 40 machines, TAB and lotteries
Conveniently located downstairs from X-Golf West Lakes
About the role
We are looking for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive team culture.
We require:
Previous experience working in a gaming room with Gaming machines, TAB and Lotteries
RSA & RSG are a must
Available across a 7 day a week roster including mornings, afternoons and evenings. Permanent employees are offered a rotating roster across the 7 day a week operations
Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic
Enthusiasm for creating a welcoming environment
Flexibility to adapt as the venue grows and changes
