The Role
Join our team as a Full-Time Receptionist at Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care! As the welcoming face of our practice, you’ll manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every patient enjoys a positive and seamless experience. You’ll work your full-time hours across four days per week, supporting our multidisciplinary team of Dentists, Therapists and Holistic Health Professionals in our vibrant 4-chair practice.

About You
You will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team to deliver outstanding patient experiences. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* Valid Australian work rights.
* Dental reception experience (essential).
* Proficiency in Dental 4 Windows software.
* Strong attention to detail, particularly with infection control protocols.
* A confident, energetic approach with the ability to build trust with patients.
* Passion for delivering the best care to our growing patient base.
