About the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced HSEQ professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environment matters to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WHS and HSEQ, with experience in a similar role. You will be able to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
You will also be responsible for conducting incident investigations, developing and implementing HSEQ procedures, and providing training and support to employees. If you are a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about making a difference, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environment matters.
* Conduct incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
* Develop and implement HSEQ procedures and policies.
* Provide training and support to employees on HSEQ matters.
Requirements:
* Degree in WHS or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and think critically.
