About the Role
The role of Field Service Technician is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to work in a challenging and rewarding environment.
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing new machinery, scheduling servicing and repair work at customer sites, and carrying out technical investigations.
You will provide service recommendations to the Customer and Service Manager, as well as perform on-site training to existing and new customers.
This role requires a strong background in electrical or mechanical trade qualifications, with experience in repair and maintenance of general mechanical and pneumatic equipment.
Woodworking machinery experience would be an advantage, and excellent customer relationship skills are essential. Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) are also required.
