About the role
Midfield Trading is seeking experienced meat delivery driver to join our team in Regency Park, South Australia. As a Driver you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our high-quality meat products to our valued customers across the region.
What you'll be doing
* Safely operate company vehicles to deliver meat products to a variety of commercial and institutional customers
* Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring all items are properly secured and transported with care
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, customer signatures, and any issues encountered
* Adhere to all relevant road rules, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure the safe and compliant operation of the vehicle
* Provide excellent customer service by ensuring on-time deliveries and professionally representing the Midfield Group brand
* Assist with other warehouse or logistics duties as required
What we're looking for
* A valid Australian driver's licence (Minimum MR) with a clean driving record
* Demonstrated experience in a meat delivery or similar logistics role
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive brand experience
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to ensure on-time deliveries
* Physical fitness to perform the manual handling required for loading and unloading deliveries
* Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management
