About us
Chester Z Espresso is a small café located in the Joondalup residential area. We have a community vibe with a focus on providing best in class coffee and delicious food made in house.
We\'re on the lookout for a Barista/Allrounder who has a passion for all things front of house!
Role and responsibilities
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in providing consistently high quality coffees and understand machine start-up and shut down procedures. You will be supporting the head barista in all things front of house and be the face of our establishment. Whilst the primary role will be coffees and front of house service, you will also have the following tasks;
* Assist with café opening and closing procedures.
* Table services and general FOH upkeep.
* Toasting and serving of food items.
* Kitchen prep and general back of house duties.
Being friendly and outgoing is a must! Our customers love a chat so being open and outgoing really plays are huge part in our popularity.
This role would require a minimum of 1 weekend shift. This is a casual position and offering up 15 - 20 hours per week. Due to our location, applicants with own transport are highly desired. We are a young establishment with a small and hardworking team. As such we can only take on those with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
