Food Service Assistants and Cleaners
We are seeking energetic individuals to support Residential Aged Care Facilities across the region.
* This is a back of house role that requires people who seek to make a difference in residents' daily living.
* The successful candidate will be required to work on their feet for most of their shift and adhere to health and safety compliance activities.
The Role
* Preparing and serving meals and drinks to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment at all times.
* Sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, benches & cutlery and disposing of rubbish.
* Setting the dining room for daily meals.
* Cleaning of facility – residents rooms, bathrooms, common areas, dusting, vacuuming and sweeping.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 months paid experience in an Aged Care Facility or hospital.
* Valid National Police Check.
* Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements).
* Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone.
* Be willing to complete mandatory training through our onboarding process.
