What you'll be doing
Deliver OT services across community health, rehab and aged care clients
Support patients post-discharge with functional rehab, equipment prescription & discharge planning
Collaborate with a passionate MDT to help people regain independence in their daily lives
What we're looking for
OT experience in community health, home visits, rehab or aged care
Strong clinical reasoning and ability to manage a wide-ranging caseload
Extra bonus if you've worked with neurological clients or have ieMR knowledge
AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist
