The organisation provides its clients with a comprehensive range of services from design through to construction of complete projects.


Job Opportunity

A highly experienced Sales Executive is required to join the team within our Coffs Harbour office. This role involves working in an office-based environment, however, time spent on the road is necessary to cover areas from Coffs Harbour to Lismore and Tamworth. Training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate excels in their new position.


Responsibilities of this Role:

* Maintaining, developing and managing customer relationships is essential for driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
* The ideal candidate must be proactive in identifying and accessing potential opportunities, consistently maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
* Ensuring all proposals comply with contract standard requirements is crucial for maintaining the company's professional reputation.
* Providing exceptional customer service, including problem-solving, conflict handling and complaints resolution, is vital for achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
* Staying up-to-date with product developments is essential for offering the best possible solutions to clients.


Successful Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should possess a collaborative mindset, be solutions-focused and have a strong desire to contribute to the company's growth and success.


Minimum Requirements:

* Previous experience in commercial building estimating is highly valued.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are key qualities required for this position.
* Thorough knowledge of all facets of Commercial and Industrial building sales is necessary for delivering exceptional results.
* Knowledge and understanding of Council requirements and regulations is also important.
* Product knowledge of steel frame buildings is essential for providing expert advice to clients.
* Precast concrete knowledge would be advantageous but is not a requirement.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills are necessary for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Proficiency with computer systems is also required.
