We don’t take ourselves too seriously — but we do take our work seriously.What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-DayProviding practical HR advice to managers and employeesManaging WorkCover and injury claims across multiple statesSupporting full-cycle recruitment – ads, shortlisting, interviews, offers, reference checksDrafting employment contracts and managing onboardingSupporting managers with performance and disciplinary processesAssisting with large-scale workforce mobilisationsEnsuring compliance with employment law, policy, and best practiceHelping out wherever it’s needed — because that’s how we operate as a teamThere will also be the opportunity to travel interstate if/when required.About YouYou’re not just good with people — you get people. You bring a solid foundation of HR experience and can confidently navigate a range of situations, from everyday advice to more complex HR issues.
