What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as a manager across either a big box or high‑volume retail environment
* A passion for delivering results that will motivate your team
* Experience coaching and leading large and diverse teams
* Values that reflect a high level of commitment to ‘safety’, always thinking ‘customer’ and a belief in constantly motivating your team to ‘reach higher’ every day
* The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers nominalies, customers and leaders
What you’ll need:
* Be driven and ambitious, always thinking bigger!
* Be able to adapt to change quickly and positively and be able to think on your feet
* Be resilient and able to work at a fast pace, keeping your team focused and motivated
* Enjoy variety in your work; everyday is different at Kmart
* Be physically fit and ready to work alongside your team to demonstrate great standards across merchandising and safety
