We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in our Infrastructure Services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical field support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and systems.
* Lead the development and/or implementation of asset management systems and procedures.
* Provide leadership in technical response to operational issues and maintenance activities across assets.
* Collaborate with engineering, asset performance, delivery and vendor teams to ensure high availability and reliability of sites.
* Develop and refine O&M work practices, templates, maintenance schedules and fault response protocols to ensure consistent outcomes.
* Monitor and report on operational KPIs, site availability and defect trends to drive program performance and insights.
* Provide mentoring and technical support to field technicians and operational staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in technical field support, maintenance engineering or operations roles – ideally involving electrical infrastructure.
* Strong understanding of preventative and reactive maintenance practices, asset reliability and safety procedures.
* Experience developing or implementing maintenance documentation, schedules and systems.
* A leadership mindset and ability to support, guide and mentor operational teams.
* Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
