As a Customer Service Officer, you will deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients via phone, email, or in person. Your experience in liaising with diverse vulnerable populations will be highly valued, especially as you will be welcoming customers at our crisis entry point for homelessness services.You will undertake administrative tasks such as booking appointments, maintaining databases, scanning documents, contributing to projects, and providing support to other teams. You will also support our front desk services.
