As a Customer Service Officer, you will deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients via phone, email, or in person. Your experience in liaising with diverse vulnerable populations will be highly valued, especially as you will be welcoming customers at our crisis entry point for homelessness services.You will undertake administrative tasks such as booking appointments, maintaining databases, scanning documents, contributing to projects, and providing support to other teams. You will also support our front desk services. There is potential for career growth across various teams and services within our purpose-driven organisation.About YouYou should have a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable community members.Essential CriteriaExperience working effectively and sensitively with diverse customer groups with complex needs.Ability to handle high workloads and prioritize effectively.Confidence liaising with stakeholders, including vulnerable individuals.Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, caring and empathetic nature.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Quick thinking, resilience, and adaptability to multitask.Proficiency in MS Office programs.Ability to compose professional emails to internal and external stakeholders.DesirableExperience in social/community housing sector.A satisfactory police check, NDIS check, and WWCC are required for all staff involved with clients.We acknowledge the traditional owners of the country throughout Australia and pay respects to their culture and elders.To apply, click the link and submit your responses, cover letter, and resume.
