Family Violence Specialist
As a Family Violence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to vulnerable individuals and families affected by violence. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential threats, and develop tailored support plans to address the unique needs of each client.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include:
* Conducting comprehensive risk assessments of clients
* Engaging with clients who have experienced or are experiencing family violence, providing emotional support and guidance
* Developing and implementing individualized plans to support client needs and promote positive outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
* Proven experience working with vulnerable populations, including those affected by family violence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
