CJ Office Choice is a locally owned office solutions provider in Sale, proudly supporting our community since 1988—supplying stationery, office products, business machines, office furniture as well as our print and copy services.
We are currently looking for a reliable full time Accounts & Administration person who's also happy to jump in and help customers in the shop when needed.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
* Accounts admin (invoicing, receipting, statements, filing)
* General office administration & data entry
* Phone & email enquiries
* Assisting in the shop
* Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks
About you:
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Competent with computers and willing to learn new systems
* Friendly, professional and dependable
* Accounts/admin experience preferred
