About Us:

We operate in the country's largest park network, offering an amazing customer journey.

The Role:

* Deliver high standards of customer service
* Process guest arrivals and departures
* Use the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
* Coordinate with Housekeeping to track accommodation readiness
* Supply guests' information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Complete day-to-day office administration
* Maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests

Requirements:

* Previous experience in hospitality
* Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experiences
* Proficient computer skills, including RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Clean driver's license essential
