As a National Safety and Wellbeing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence through proactive risk management, strategic partnerships, and workforce engagement.
About the Role:
You will lead technical and subject matter expertise within the People team, ensuring systems, processes, data, and documentation meet internal and external requirements. This includes developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures aligned with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
* You will manage crisis situations, conducting investigations on incidents and accidents, and develop recommendations for improvement.
* Responsible for owning all communications related to safety, health, and wellbeing, ensuring content is engaging and suitable for leaders and teams.
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in safety, health, and wellbeing, including systems, reporting, risk, and project management. Experience in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures is essential.
