The Role
* Perform hands‐on tasks across various factory processes, including handling and processing glass products
* Gain experience in different areas of glass manufacturing

About You
* Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse environment (glass experience highly regarded but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Safety‐conscious, accurate, and efficient in all tasks
* Eager to learn, follow direction, and develop new skills
