We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a busy commercial construction team delivering high-quality commercial fit out projects across Sydney.
This role is ideal for a CA who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced fit out environment, supporting Project Managers and Site Teams through the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer head contracts and subcontracts from award through to final account
* Prepare, issue and assess subcontractor packages, variations and progress claims
* Manage cost reporting, forecasting and budget control
* Assist with procurement schedules and supplier coordination
* Maintain accurate project documentation and records using Procore
* Support project teams to ensure contractual compliance and smooth project delivery
About You
* Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial fit out projects
* Strong working knowledge of software's such as Procore, Jobpac, CHEOPS, Aconex
* Solid understanding of construction contracts, variations and cost control
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with site and delivery teams
