Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites is excited to expand our housekeeping department with multiple casual opportunities available. We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing an exceptional guest experience.
About The Job
* Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
* Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
* Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.
* Use specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively, with training and tools provided.
* Build strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to foster a positive, respectful work environment.
Shift Details
* Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
* Shifts start between 8:00am and 9:00am
Hourly Rates (excluding Superannuation)
* Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hour
* Saturday: $38.78 per hour
* Sunday: $45.24 per hour
Qualifications
* Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is highly regarded.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
* Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
* Good physical fitness and stamina for repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods).
* Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
* Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
