Summary - About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Area Nurses for short contracts to provide health care services to remote communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in underserved areas and capable of working autonomously and withing a dynamic team in challenging environments. Our Benefits Competitive base rate up to $85 / per hour + Penalties + Super Transport covered Subsidised accommodation Rotating roster As a Registered Nurse, Your Responsibilities Will Include Continuously monitor and assess patients' vital signs, neurological status, and response to treatment. Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage equipment such as ventilators to stabilize and support patients in critical condition. Regular assessment of patients' conditions, including neurological status, respiratory status, and response to treatments. Demonstrated ability to think critically under pressure, analyse complex situations, and make sound decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes to patients. Understanding of patient safety and quality education and delivery of services in accordance with the National Patient Safety and Quality Standards, Work Health & Safety Act, and Ministry of Health risk management frameworks What We Require From You Bachelor of Nursing qualification (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration Minimum of 2 years working in remote or rural healthcare settings Recognised Post Graduate qualification in Emergency Care Nursing and/or 2 years equivalent clinical experience in the field.
