Day-to-Day
Provide high-level support to senior leadership and project teams. Manage calendars, databases, and document systems with accuracy. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and track follow-up actions. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director. Handle confidential information with professionalism. Maintain project records including minutes, action logs, risk registers, and reports. Assist with procurement, contract management, and budget tracking. Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Support the creation of presentations, reports, and dashboards for governance.
Ideally, you'll bring some, if not most, of the following
Strong initiative, self-motivation, and excellent time management, with the discretion to handle confidential information. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes with attention to detail. Proven experience in project administration or coordination, ideally within complex or fast-paced environments. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across diverse teams and cultures. Solid digital literacy, including proficiency in word processing, calendar management, and various software applications. A current Northern Territory driving licence (or equivalent)
