We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Architectural Technicians to join our passionate in-house team of Architects. Based in our Bella Vista office, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and efficient DA- SSDA's - CC & Construction Documentation for some of the country's most prominent projects.

Your Role Will Involve:
* Producing high-quality DA - SSD/HDA - CC & Construction Documentation for large multi-residential and mixed-use developments, along with other Residential & luxury Housing & Commercial Developments
* Collaborating with design and construction teams to ensure compliance and constructability
* Coordinating with site project teams, consultants
* Applying a sound understanding of planning controls, NCC 2022, and relevant Australian Standards
* Ensuring all documentation complies with the Design and Building Practitioners Act
* Managing time effectively to meet tight documentation deadlines
* Supporting BIM workflows and leading documentation using Revit 2025
* Excellent coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong design and technical CAD detailing ability
* Ability to manage multiple projects
* Leadership and mentoring ability
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Attention to detail with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
What You'll Bring:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Australian architectural office, and demonstrated experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
* Degree or diploma in Architecture or similar field.
* Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Ability to provide renderings of the proposals by using Lumion or 3d Max or similar high end software
* Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills
* Solid understanding of Australian building regulations, standards, and construction practices
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Good communication skills – both written and verbal
* BIM lead experience in large-scale multi-residential projects (highly regarded) - Master File systems
