Task & responsibilities
* Prepare and cook meals according to recipes
* Ensure food quality and presentation standards
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
* Monitor inventory and order supplies
* Collaborate with team to provide excellent customer service
* Preparing and cooking food.
* Assist Chef and Managers in planning menus and estimate food requirements
* Portioning food and presenting food on serving dishes to ensure proper presentation
* Cook food and work by strictly adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards and regulations at all times.
Qualification & experience
* Proven experience as a Cook- At least 1 year Full time
* At Least Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management preferably via Australian Studies.
* Knowledge of various cooking methods
* Familiarity with kitchen equipment
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
