Senior National Sales Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior National Sales Manager to lead our sales program for the East of Australia region.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies for key accounts and new business.
* Manage and develop a team of Territory Managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet targets.
* Maintain strong relationships with current accounts and expand our customer base in the mining industry.
* Provide technical support and gear drive selection expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
* Prepare proposals and quotations to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute regional sales plans that align with business objectives.
* Lead and mentor a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, driving loyalty and growth.
* Expand our Engineering Consultant customer base in the mining industry through targeted marketing efforts.
* Offer expert advice on gear drive selection and provide technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
* Develop and submit winning proposals and quotations to secure new business.
* Effectively manage client portfolios, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any issues promptly.
