Job Title: Quality Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in lifting service performance and building capability across our region. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a vital part in guiding services through the full Assessment Rating process, leading quality improvement initiatives, and supporting leaders to embed best practice.
* Lead and support services through every stage of the Assessment Rating cycle
* Conduct readiness reviews, documentation audits, and mock assessments
* Analyse outcomes and identify improvement opportunities
* Develop tailored action plans and quality improvement strategies
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood, Education, or Community Services
* Strong knowledge of the National Qualifications Framework and the Assessment Rating process
* Experience in quality, compliance, or leadership within the early childhood education and care sector
* Excellent communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to build strong relationships and influence practice
