About the Role
This Inside Sales Specialist - Outbound will play a vital role in:
* Conducting outbound calls to connect with prospective clients and build meaningful relationships;
* Educating customers on how our products and services can benefit their businesses;
* Qualifying outbound leads and providing tailored solutions to achieve annual revenue targets;
* Coaching customers to maximise the full potential of our services;
* Generating referrals for new business by fostering long-lasting relationships;
* Working collaboratively with a growing team to execute and refine our sales strategy.
About You
We are looking for someone who thrives in an outbound sales environment, with strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills and a genuine interest in FinTech or software.
Key Qualifications Include:
* Previous experience in outbound sales, including prospecting and cold calling in a B2B environment;
* Strong time management skills and attention to detail;
* A natural ability to understand customer needs and align our products to help them succeed;
* Empathy and a passion for helping customers improve their business practices;
* A drive to succeed and ambition to reach personal and team goals;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is a base of $70,000 - 85,000 per annum + superannuation + commission with an On Target Earning (OTE) of $120,000. Commission is uncapped.
